Join us for Stone and Bones, the first in a four-part elemental series blending land art and embodied movement on Tramore Beach. On Sunday 7th September 2025, artist Esther will guide participants in creating earth mandalas and stone patterns, working with the natural materials of the shoreline to shape beauty and meaning directly from the land. Her land art invites play, collaboration, and a deeper connection to the elements, offering families and individuals of all ages the chance to discover creativity through nature’s own palette.
Karla will then lead a Breathe with the Beat session, weaving the energy of the mandalas into a grounding, embodied practice that brings rhythm, breath, and movement together. Using stones as instruments, participants will feel the pulse of the earth under their feet, connecting breath, body, and beat in a joyful flow. This unique collaboration unites art and embodiment, offering a shared experience that is both playful and deeply nourishing—an invitation to reconnect with your own innernet through the land, the body, and community.
We come together then, land and bodies, stones and bones breath to attune and remember inside and out that we are nature.
