3rd Annual Evening of Zen

Hey everyone! Can you believe it's year 3 for my summer evening of Zen where we relax, breathe, and release what's weighing us down or you just need an evening of self care!

This takes place at the beautiful Harkness Park in Waterford, CT. We have our little circle of beautiful souls gather behind the brick building to the right when you get to the parking lot for no distractions. It seems to be a perfect quiet spot that has been magical the past two years.
