Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program

People with arthritis CAN exercise. Movement and strength building will make you feel better. Pauline Nolte leads this low-impact and evidence-based summer program on Fridays at 10:30 AM in the Steele Room. The connection between exercise and increased energy is well supported, along with improved well-being and better sleep habits. It can even decrease arthritis pain- a win-win for all!
