We’re Officially Hanging Out! 25 years of ETOL

How time flies! The ETOL program turns 25 and we're throwing a party to celebrate. Come out for the day or stay overnight!

Tickets available for ETOL alumni, current students, profs, community members, friends and family!

All ages are welcome with parent supervision for little ones.

Dogs are welcome but must be under control and supervised or on a leash/lead at all times.

How tickets work:

• Early bird pricing available until April 30 and covers general admission for both days and food not part of the potluck dinner.
• Camping 'sites' are an additional cost or "ticket" for each unit you'll be bringing (tent, truck camper, van). We only have a limited number of possible spots for small trailers so please contact us here or on our Instagram before purchasing a ticket if you have a trailer or RV.
• Not so Early Bird or regular general admission for both days opens April 30th.
  
  Signage will be posted for camp areas at the venue as well as parking.
  
  How food works:
• Potluck! Bring your own favourite dishes, non alcoholic beverages, snacks and tasty treats to share for dinner. Pancake breakfast on the 27th will be provided by the Alumni Chapter.
• There will be pizzas available for purchase on site from Fallen Timber on the 26th.
• Drinking alcohol is permitted and is available for purchase from Fallen Timber. Outside alcohol is permitted after 7pm due to licquor license with Fallen Timber. Please drink responsibly
• If you have any dietary concerns please ensure food is labelled clearly!
  
  Please no smoking outside designated areas. This includes vapes. Treat this like an ETOL out trip and leave your W**d and other substances at home!
  
  Fallen Timber will be open for business while we are on site. Please respect other guests and the owner's family and staff. Quiet hours are 1am to 7am.

Info: July 26. Find your camping site and set up! Check in applies to campers and day trippers. Signage will be posted for parking, camping and check in. Explore the biking and walking trails at the venue or mix and mingle with your fellow ETOL buddies. Last Meadery tour ends at 3:30pm if you would like a tour of the venue you're welcome to join and check in early.

Info: July 26. Come grab a bite from the potluck dinner or purchase a pizza from Fallen Timber. GPS Pizza will be providing pizzas and can accommodate various dietary restrictions. The Meadery will be open for alcohol purchases also. Outside alcohol can be enjoyed from 7pm onwards when the Meadery closes. Snack at your leisure. Buffet will be available through the evening.
