JOB OPENINGS & PAY RATES
– General Assembly ($12.50 - $13.50/hour)
– Assembly Setup ($12.75 - $13.75/hour)
SHIFTS AVAILABLE
General Assembly & Assembly Setup:
– 2nd (3 p.m. - 11 p.m.)
– 3rd (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
*8-12 hour shifts

GENERAL ASSEMBLY
REQUIREMENTS
– High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
– 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
– Able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
– Able to stand for long periods
– Stable work history
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Follow work instructions in order to manufacture quality products per Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices
– Meet production requirements set by the customer
– Follow safety standards and policies
– Ability to multitask
– All other duties as assigned
ASSEMBLY SETUP
REQUIREMENTS
– High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
– 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
– Able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
– Able to stand for long periods
– Stable work history
– Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routing reports and correspondence.
– Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Performs set-ups, change overs and preventative maintenance and ensures efficient operation of production machinery tools and equipment.
– Must be willing to work second or third shift as necessary to meet production requirements.
– Must be able to maintain charts by plotting data, recognizing points out of control and process shifts.
– Willingness to gather data and load into computer.
– Ability to utilize SPC.
– Ability to collect and analyze data, maintain and analyze process control charts and records accurately.
– Must be able to take, maintain and record; stocks, inventories, balances, etc., to affect correct quantities and types of supplies.
