This special session is designed just for kids in The Salt Cave —using gentle sounds, vibrations, and rhythms to create a safe space where they can:

✨ Strengthen focus and self-regulation
Children are naturally tuned in to sound and vibration, making sound baths a playful yet powerful way to support their growing bodies and minds. In this session, little ones are encouraged to lie down, close their eyes, and let the soothing tones wash over them—like a cozy nap for their nervous system. 💜 Salt therapy included.
