This FREE, hands-on introductory training covers essential introductory skills in Carpentry.
Key Training Topics Include:
-Carpentry & Trades Math Basics: Learn accurate measuring skills and apply math concepts through hands-on projects.
-Tool Use & Safety: Practice using hand tools and power tools safely, including hammers, saws, and circular saws.
-Hands-On Drywall Project: Cut drywall to fit wood shapes, building precision and confidence.
-Saw Skills & Wood Projects: Use a worm drive circular saw to cut angles and build a footstool.
-Build Stairs with Math: Apply math skills in a real-world project—constructing wood stairs to a platform.
-Jobsite Expectations & Safety: Learn what’s expected on a construction site, from safety to work ethic.
