- **Event Description**: Hi, I’m Mariah Moon, Yoga Therapist & I am nerdy for all things yoga and healing! 
This is a workshop with NO talk-therapy. I will guide you through a movement practice to activate the bodies natural trauma-release mechanisms. 
Your body will Release deep held tension and emotion stored in the body in a safe and peaceful atmosphere. 
	You will connect with your breath to calm the nervous system.
	We will end with guided Yoga Nidra: a deeply restorative experience that takes you to the place in-between sleep and consciousness.
 * This is an every level workshop. No yoga experience needed. Adults only/ Bring a mat, water & wear comfortable clothing. Space is limited so please register asap
