Kids' Tahoe Mindfulness Adventures: Mini-Camp 3 - Horseback Riding + Sailing + Mindfulness

Kids ages 8- to 13-years old are welcome to join us for our 8th summer of mindfulness adventure camps in Lake Tahoe. Camps combine outdoor immersion with evidence-based skills for learning emotional intelligence, social connectedness and resilience. Activities include yoga, hiking, sailing, beach time, arts & crafts, paddling, river rafting, tree top adventures, and horseback riding. August Camp runs August 11th - 13th. Camps run Mondays and Tuesday 10AM - 5PM and Wednesdays 8AM - 12PM. Visit www.courageproject.org to learn more and register.
