Weekly Tuesday DuPont Acro Jam

Come do acro yoga with us! All levels welcome, no partner needed! This is a jam, it means that people casually show up at whatever time to meet new people, play, and share skills. We love to meet/teach new people and share our love of acro!

The jam happens every week. The DuPont jam gets cancelled when the weather is bad, check back the day of the event for updates.

The jam is in the circle/park of DuPont. The address listed is close to where we meet. Look for us in the northern section of the park/circle.

Practice enthusiastic consent: ask before working with others, and it is ok to decline to base / fly / spot. Meaningful consent includes understanding what is asked - is this a new move for anyone involved? Remember to use spotters for safety.

The jam may not start until 7/7:15 depending on when people arrive.
