WACIF & Onyx Therapy Community Listening Session 2

WACIF and Onyx Therapy Group are partnering to host a series of community listening sessions focused on your experiences with the financial industry and your relationship with money.

These sessions provide a safe space for community members to share, reflect, and explore how your history and experiences with money have shaped your lives and businesses. Together, we’ll examine how financial systems create both opportunities and obstacles—and discuss ways to overcome fear, distrust, and financial harm to promote wellness and build wealth for all.

We’ll also be asking about the barriers you’ve faced in accessing capital or financial programs, how easy or difficult it was to navigate those challenges, and the strategies you used to move forward. Additionally, we want to hear your perceptions of support—what’s worked and what hasn’t—when engaging with staff at financial institutions or support organizations.
