The Walk Collab — “Steps that Build Community.”
Walking has always been my therapy. Through The Walk Collab, I’m creating a gentle, welcoming space for caregivers, nurturers, and anyone carrying a lot to move, breathe, and connect.
We’ll gather in Ward 8 – Anacostia for a slow, intentional community walk through one of D.C.’s most beautiful neighborhoods. No pace goals, no judgment — just shared movement and good energy.
Whether you’re caring for a parent, child, partner, or yourself, this is your time to exhale. Join us as we walk through what we carry, together.
