THE BEERY GODMOTHER BLIND TASTING CLASS!

Join ChurchKey on Wednesday, August 13th, for an interactive blind tasting class led by LaTreace Harris, a popular beer educator also known as The Beery Godmother. To celebrate the occasion, we’ll even pour a special keg of LaTreace’s brand new collaboration with Schilling Beer Company!

LaTreace leveraged 15 years of experience as a private academic tutor with her beer knowledge as a Certified Cicerone® to create a consultancy and brand that brings the magic of education into taprooms and bars, developing curriculums to train restaurant staff on the proper serving techniques, history and styles of beer. She believes beer education is a critical part of an establishment's success, but it doesn’t have to be stuffy; it needs to be practical and specific to the needs of the business.

For this special event, LaTreace will blind taste through 5 beers with participants, going over taste and sensory components until you’re able to uncover the style and specific beer name. Successful participants will be able to win prizes, including merchandise from The Beery Godmother!

Each ticket includes five (5) 4 oz. samples of beer.
