Pilates Instructor, Kaila Overton, invites you for a poolside mat pilates class in celebration of her 1-year teaching milestone! This gentle pilates class is for all-levels and will last 45-minutes followed by a Prosecco toast (must be 21+ older to drink). Complimentary for all who join.
