Sound healing is back! Join Melissa for a deeply restorative meditation experience using crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, and other soothing sound tools. This session is designed to help you rebalance your energy, refocus your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

All levels are welcome—especially if you feel like you don’t have time for it (that’s when you need it most!). Bring with you -blankets, props, and eye pillows for extra support as you settle in and get cozy. Take this moment for you.
