Designed for dancers with some experience, this class blends classic jazz technique with freestyle expression, creating a space to explore movement that’s bold, fluid, and irresistibly powerful.

We begin with a full-body warm-up that includes across-the-floor progressions, floor work, basic jumps, and basic turns to wake up your inner siren.
