Sound Immersion

A Sound Immersion is a deep state of relaxation, where your mind quiets and stress melts away. This sound immersion uses the resonant and dissonant sound vibrations and frequencies of drums, crystal bowls and a centering gong to recalibrate & sooth your body while you lay comfortably on the mat.

Sound vibrations and frequencies can:
