Snuggle Squad: Babywearing Workshop

A fun in-person small group class on the basics of baby-wearing, including proper comfort and support for various carrier style. Come learn all the tips, tricks, and techniques to make it work for you! We'll demonstrate each of the major types of carriers, and discuss pros/cons so that you can choose the best carrier(s) for you and your little one.

Babywearing can be an invaluable tool in early parenting and can help you promote secure attachments, regulate baby's body systems, reduce crying and fussiness, aide physical development, enhance bonding and confidence, support mental health, improve your postpartum recovery, and support/establish lactation. It can also be a better tolerated way to incorporate tummy time in to your day.
