Sacred Reset Tuesdays Week 4

Restore your body, mind & spirit with gentle yoga, breathwork, sound healing, Ayurveda and women's circles. Minimum of 4 tickets must be sold for event to take place. If event is canceled you are entitled to a refund, or you can use a credit towards next event.
Every Tuesday 930-1100 am beginning 7/8 - 7/29.
Investment of $22 per class/ $80 if you purchase all 4 classes.
Each week brings a new theme to reset and restore. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
All levels welcome! No experience needed. Bring a yoga mat, journal & open heart.

Week 2: Breathe into Balance. Breathwork and Ayurveda Rituals
Week 3: Sacred Sisterhood & Self Compassion. Women's Circle and Gentle Healing
Week 4: Soflty Illuminating the Shadow. Shadow work -Sound Healing.
