MINT's 7th Annual Power Playground

Join MINT Gym and Studio at Marie Reed Field on October 19th for our largest, most engaging Power Playground class ever! Registration will open at 10:30 am, with class promptly starting at 11 am. Leading the class is our all-star instructor, Braegan Padley, with assistance from Myke Nicholson - trust us, you'll want to make sure that you've packed your water bottle. Our trademark Power Playground class focuses on a balance of strength and cardio, leaving you exhausted and empowered! You must sign up via the Eventbrite link in order to participate.
