Through guided exercises inspired by somatics, authentic relating, and co-regulation techniques, you'll learn practical ways to connect that feel natural, playful, and grounded.

With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and extensive training in somatics, Mia blends practical therapeutic techniques with interactive experiences to help people feel grounded, present, and deeply connected.
