On Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, the Food is Medicine Institute at Tufts University and Food Tank will host a special Capitol Hill Luncheon titled, "Improving Health While Managing Healthcare Spending: Enter Food is Medicine."

The luncheon will bring together medical professionals, Food is Medicine thought leaders, policymakers, and more for dynamic conversations around integrating nutrition into healthcare. The event will open and close with networking that will include a delicious and health-forward lunch, coffee, and more. The luncheon will take place Tuesday, May 20th from 11:30AM-1:30PM in the U.S. Capitol Visitors Center Room HVC-200 and live-streamed online.
