An In-Depth Look into the Tactics and Cultural Aspects of How Russia Conducts Talks and Negotiations
Drawing on decades of diplomatic experience and deep analysis of Russian strategic culture, Dr. Donald N. Jensen explores how the Kremlin views negotiations not as a path to compromise, but as a form of warfare by other means—shaped by historical resentment, intelligence-driven tactics, and a calculated use of manipulation, legalism, and deception at the negotiating table. This panel offers an essential guide to understanding and countering Russia’s unique negotiating playbook.
Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided.
