Step away from the noise of daily life—and the overstimulation of Black Pride weekend—and step into nature’s embrace with Hike & Heal, an immersive outdoor experience crafted for Queer Folk of Color.
Lesbifriends Travel is excited to team up with WOCO Hike & Sound Healing for a soul-nourishing journey through Rock Creek Park, blending a scenic, beginner-friendly guided hike with the restorative power of sound healing meditation under the trees.
Held during DC’s Black Pride Weekend, this experience is the perfect counterbalance to the city’s energy—a space to slow down, recenter, and come back to yourself. This is more than just a walk in the woods—it’s a space for deep connection, community, and renewal.
We’ll start with light snacks, icebreakers, and grounding stretches before setting out on a trail designed to refresh your spirit. After soaking in nature’s beauty and moving with intention, we’ll close with a powerful 40-minute live sound meditation led by healer Ralinda, using crystal singing bowls to help clear energy blockages and invite abundance.
Let’s hike, heal, and reconnect—together.
