Faith Yoga at Root Empowerment Center: Monday MORNING 10AM Class

Reconnect with your mind, body & spirit during the summer months with us as we give attention to our yoga practice.

Come join FAITH YOGA Mondays at 10am for a basic yoga class.

This 60 minute class will take you through a series of laying, seated and standing poses accompanied by gentle, faith & upbeat music.
-No experience necessary
-first class is FREE!
-$20, 4/$40, 10/$100 (+ 1 free session!)
Pay in person (cash, check, or Venmo)+
