Rodney Kamal Jackson’s creative journey began with his interest in fashion which led to him winning best dressed high school. During this time he also explored his passion for music, as both a rap artist and a music producer. His artistic expression extended beyond music, as he took on roles in various television and film productions, building on his versatility and talent in the entertainment industry. Most recently, while preparing to move, Rodney found himself cleaning out his home. In the process, he came across an old painting. Rather than discarding it, he chose to transform the piece by repurposing it as an abstract work of art. This moment sparked a new phase in his artistic pursuits, leading him to paint continuously on both canvas and clothing.
