d.c. space reunion party
d.c. space was a restaurant, bar, performance space, art gallery, and artist studios located at the southeast corner of 7th and E streets NW from 1977 to 1991. This reunion party at The Atlantis celebrates the "good old days" downtown, with rock, punk, jazz, spoken word, film, visual art and more, reviving and remembering a vibrant time in D.C.'s cultural history. Performances by: Birthday Girl, Charles Blume, Bob Boilen, Danny Knicely, Baakari Wilder & John Previti, Distortion Inc., FlyBoy, Lady Myrrh, Little Red & The Renegades, Mark Nickens, Pete Stahl & Enoch Thompson of Scream, Pimmit Hills, Ruthie & The Wranglers, The Grandsons, The Owners, Willy Fish Yowaiski. *In keeping with past d.c. space reunions this event will be a benefit, this time for local radio stations WOWD-FM and WPFW-FM.
