Caregiver Support Group Presented by Alzheimer's Association

Join us for an Alzheimer's Association support group, conducted by trained facilitators, we will create a safe place for people living with dementia and their care partners to:
-Develop a support system
-Exchange practical information on challenges and possible solutions
-Talk through issues and ways of coping
-Share feelings, needs and concerns
-Learn about community resources

The support group welcomes all on the third Monday of each month from 10-11 a.m. at the YMCA of Washington, 520 W 5th St. Washington, IA. Coffee and treats will be provided.
