Boxing Bootcamp - July 2025

Get ready for six-weeks of 30-minute Boxing Bootcamp Group Training! The next session starts on Monday, July 21!

Josh Stevens, Head Personal Trainer, instructs this circuit training and Boxing Bootcamp group training class. He keeps the class fresh and challenging by changing up the exercises with partner drills, the use of weights, battle ropes, boxing and more. Let him show you how to get the most out of 30-minutes! This class can be tailored for any age and fitness level.

Boxing Bootcamp Group Training Times
Monday 4:30 p.m. & 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday 5:30 a.m. & 9:15 a.m.
Wednesday 4:30 p.m. & 5:30 p.m.
Thursday 5:30 a.m. & 9:15 a.m.
Saturday 7:30 a.m. & 9:15 a.m.

You can come to as many sessions as you would like during these six-weeks.

Class Location: Personal Training Studio
Fee: $115 for members or $165 for non-members.
