Our bodies continually evolve through life’s many stages—puberty, pregnancy and postpartum, menopause, illness, injury, and beyond. This workshop offers a supportive space to reconnect with your body during times of transition through the expressive art of belly dance.
With guided reflection, gentle movement, and expressive dance combinations, you will explore how belly dance can be a practice of self-compassion, helping you reclaim joy in movement, regardless of your ability or life stage.
Whether you’re navigating a major life shift or simply seeking a deeper connection with your changing body, this workshop invites you to dance from a place of love rather than judgment.
No dance experience is necessary. All bodies and backgrounds are welcome.
