Beginner's Yoga Series - Back to Basics 3 weeks

Join us for this 3 week series, September 15, 22 and 29th at 7:00 PM where students will learn the fundamentals of yoga in a safe, supportive and non-judging environment. Each week we will build on the learning from the prior week and will cover yoga breathing, yoga postures and how to use yoga props/tools to customize the experience to best meet

All yoga props are provided, or you can bring your own mat. Please wear comfortable clothing that you are comfortable moving in.
