An Embodied Meditation Experience Through Art is a guided walking meditation designed and facilitated by ONOHR. Rooted in embodiment, presence, and harmony, ONOHR curates practical, restorative tools for everyday natural environments.
This is not a traditional museum tour, nor is it affiliated with, or hosted by the National Portrait Gallery. The gallery serves as the natural environment for the meditation experience.
With the National Portrait Gallery as the natural environment, participants will engage in a walking meditation that invites them to experience the artwork on a sensory and energetic level—beyond observation, into felt connection.
The goal is to introduce tools that participants can cultivate independently and apply in daily, real-world moments.
