Get ready to sweat for a good cause! We're excited to announce a free community kickboxing class with Real Impact Kickboxing, hosted right at F45 Columbia Heights.
This class is an opportunity to build skills, connections, and community. While the class is free, we encourage a suggested donation to House of Ruth, an incredible organization that supports women and children affected by homelessness and domestic violence.
Your donations will directly fund House of Ruth's 14 programs across DC, which provide comprehensive, trauma-informed housing, counseling, and child development services. Their ultimate goal is to empower survivors to break cycles of abuse and live independently, safely, and with dignity.
We're so proud to support their mission and hope you'll join us for a powerful workout that makes a real impact.
