2025 Back to School Bash at Open House...an Open House unlike any other! 🎉
Doors open at 5:30 to find your child's new classroom, set down supplies, and grab your seat to listen to a brief intro and info session with the teacher. Classroom doors will close at 6pm so everyone can make it to the Bash! We would love to *fill the classrooms* from 5:30-6 so both students and parents can hear important information from the teacher!
From 6-7pm the Bash will be hoppin'! Use this time to gather important information, check in with secretaries and nurses, get bus numbers, chat with your child's teachers, meet the staff, get technology help, and make connections with West's amazing PTC to see how you can get involved! You'll receive a map of where everything is located like gathering bus numbers, teacher zone, PTC connection, meet the counselors, and more! Make sure to visit the most important places (will be indicated on the map) we need to go so you can enter your child's name into a drawing for a LUXURY LUNCH - lunchin' in style - for the first week of school!
All together staff, students and families will get to celebrate the start of a new school year by having lots of fun! Yay! 👏
If you are not able to make it at 5:30 then supply drop off will take place in the cafeteria since classrooms will be closed at this time. You'll set school supplies down and pick up teacher paperwork from a table labeled with your child's teacher's name. Make sure to go find the teacher at the Bash!!
But, we sure hope you can plan ahead to make it and be with us for the WHOLE time, 5:30-7, on Thursday, August 14th! We don't want you to miss out!
