Marcia Hubbs is no stranger to overcoming struggles and adversity in her life, but those challenges became the very essence herself by creating a new persona, and Queen M was the result. After making a powerful statement with her 2022 debut M,” Canadian Soul artist Queen M returns with “High Road,” another intoxicating slice of vintage R & B resulting from some out in the summer of 2025. When asked what inspired “High Road,” Queen M says, “We all know the depth of despair and unexpectedly goes south, you can choose to live in regret, or you can pull yourself up and take a ride on the high road. Produced “High Road” offers another dynamic showcase of Queen M’s highly emotive vocals, honed through previous experience.
