Join us for Sips of Summer: An Intuitive Tea Workshop, where we’ll explore the healing gifts of herbs that grow right in your garden, backyard, or along sunlit paths.
Together, we will:
• Learn about a selection of summer herbs—how they support the body, mind, and spirit during the warmer months
• Deepen your connection to plants through guided sensory exploration and intuitive herbal wisdom
• Blend your own personalized tea using what speaks to you—guided by scent, touch, taste, and inner knowing
This is a hands-on experience designed to awaken your senses, cultivate mindfulness, and help you trust your intuition as you craft your very own summer tea blend.
Each participant will leave with a custom tea they created, along with knowledge and inspiration to continue blending at home.
No prior herbal knowledge is needed—just curiosity and a love of tea.
