We use the term "high powered" a lot, but Toney is atomic grade.
After Toney was voted best guitarist at the Canadian Black Music awards in the late 80’s he has not looked back. After becoming an idol to the legendary Jeff Healey, he continued to attract notice and rose to become David Bowie’s guitarist on his Black Tie White Noise album, and has collaborated with Bon Jovi.
