FitBabes Bounce Vino + Vinyasa Featuring the Cork and Vine 🍇🧘🏼‍♀️🍷

*SAVE THE DATE! Our next Vino & Vinyasa is Saturday July 19th in WASAGA BEACH!

Vino & Vinyasa class brings together a balance of yoga flow infused with mindful and educational wine tasting. This class includes mindful movement /stretching, and using the senses to experience wine. This class will include a new assortment of wines from the Cork and Vine.

Our Vino & Vinyasa instructor (Nora Freestone) is certified with the Canadian Yoga Alliance, has her Wine Business Certification from Vancouver Island University, and a level 2 Wine education award with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Global Organization.
Everyone (19+) welcome. This is a free event with the option to make a donation after the class.

*Please bring a Yoga mat and three wine glasses to the event*
