Tracey Dawn & Shell Hines co-facilitate this ceremonial circle with powerful energy & wisdom. Join us, to cultivate your INNER RHYTHM & find healing through the drum. Listen to your heart, find your voice and sovereignty while enjoying the vibration of community connection.
We will gather in sacred circle honoring the Earth & Medicine Wheel to drum, sing, & dance in co-creation in community circle.
We will share songs & wisdom, and ask you to bring your creations and ideas to contribute to the circle to find the sacred rhythms of hearts ❤️
We will also continue with the initiation of the Munay-Ki rites each month through early 2026 with Heather Thomas.
Our session will end with a drum meditation & journey for integration.
Please bring an open heart 💜, yoga mat & blanket/pillow, journal, drink, and percussion instrument if you have one. We will have some available to share as well.
Please also wear comfortable clothing that will allow for meditation, sitting or lying down.
Out of respect for our process, please plan to arrive on time and stay for the duration.
