Join Tracey Dawn & Shell Hines in celebrating The Lunar New Year of the Fire 🔥 Horse 🐎 with an afternoon of Horse Medicine Drum Making & Journeying.
The horse is a guide between worlds and can assist us with facing death and transformation, helping us swiftly overcome any obstacles that may stand in the way. Horse guides us with forward movement, grace, freedom & strength.
Drumming is an ancient practice that helps people ground their hearts to Earth, providing a solid foundation for self-growth and personal empowerment. It also provides a wonderful outlet for working with Spirit & emotions in a creative and expressive way. With improvisational drumming, you can learn to live in Solidarity with your highest truth, and walk with more confidence and ease on the planet.
This 5 hour workshop & ceremony will include:
- All materials and instruction to make a 14” Horse Hide Hoop Drum on Maple frame with Beater.
- A meditative guided Journey session to help you create a relationship with Horse & Maple.
- Guidance to write about your experience to help "move" though your inner world as you begin your relationship with your drum.
- Ceremony to "bond" you with your drum as a sacred tool.
If this is your FIRST time making a drum, please DM me BEFORE registering. If you have experience with drum making and are being called to a different animal, please message me directly to discuss.
Different sizes and pricing are also available if you feel drawn to something smaller or larger, DM me before registering.
Gift certificates are also available for those whom wish to give this experience.
