A sound bath consists of a group session where I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation using specific musical instruments like gong, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. I create a safe space away from daily life stressors that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety and stimulates the body's healing abilities. All you need to do is lay down and let the sound guide you.
