Meditation for Mindfulness: Donation - Based

End your day with serenity by participating in our guided meditation sessions. Designed for all levels, these sessions provide an opportunity to explore various meditation techniques and connect with a sense of inner calm. Each class combines guided meditation, silent reflection offering a well-rounded approach to mindfulness and relaxation.
● 5-10 minutes: Introduction and setting intentions
● 10-20 minutes: Guided meditation
● 10-20 minutes: Silent meditation
● 5-10 minutes: reflections
These sessions are led by experienced instructors from Wellness New England, in partnership with Moonstone Art Studio, and are designed to create a supportive and peaceful environment for all participants. Meditative art experiences will also be offered in future separately scheduled classes.

Tickets are to reserve your seat and are DONATION BASED.
Please note: Space is limited, so secure your spot in advance to ensure your participation. Yoga mats are available. You may sit or lay down. Bring whatever you feel you need to be comfortable.
