Hatha Yoga class

A gentle hatha yoga class for adults suitable for all levels including beginners. Each week we will explore different breathing exercises (pranayama) and yoga poses (asanas) to help strengthen, improve flexibility and focus. Everyone is welcome. Please bring a mat. Booking is essential - please message me to book a space.
