About the Retreat
Each Gratitude Retreat in Warwick explores different methods to cultivate gratitude, making them valuable whether attended consecutively or as one-off experiences. Beginners are warmly welcome!
As you practice gratitude, your mind will relax, and a calm smile—what I like to call ‘The Buddha Smile’—will naturally emerge. This warm, peaceful presence will soften your gaze, open your heart, and help you transcend the stresses of modern life.
