All Fall 2025 registered players are cordially invited to the GBL Fall 2025 Organizational Meeting & 3rd Annual Summer BBQ! We highly encourage anyone playing in the Fall 2025 season to attend the Organizational Meeting as we discuss a lot of important information for the upcoming season and vote on major changes. It's also a great opportunity to meet new people and form teams.
When: Sunday, August 24th, 2025 | 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. | Organizational Meeting begins at 3:30 p.m.
Where: Goddard Memorial State Park | Field L |1095 Ives Rd, East Greenwich, RI 02818

Event Timeline:
3:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. | Arrival - grab a drink & take a seat.
3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. | Organizational Meeting
4:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. | BBQ continued with yard games, food, and beverages will be provided. This is a rain-or-shine event, and we'll have canopies set up in case of rain.
We'll provide beef burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, soda, and water. Bring your favorite side dish or dessert if you'd like! :) If you have a lawn chair, feel free to bring that too!
