🌸 Yoga in the Park ☀️

🌳 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 🌞
Back for the third year in a row :)
𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙀 - A grove of trees near the lake in Park Morskie Oko, Stary Mokotów - exact place is here on Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/bNjjSenPVDpgvpj36 Map Co-Ordinates: 52°12'23.2"N 21°01'35.9"E. Lots of good places for breakfast nearby ☕️
𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙉 - On selected Sundays from 10:30 am until 11:45 (75 minutes)
𝙃𝙊𝙒 𝙈𝙐𝘾𝙃 - 20zł with additional donations welcome 🙂 🙏
𝙒𝙃𝘼𝙏 𝙏𝙊 𝘽𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂 - I recommend practising outdoors in direct contact with the earth (ie in the standing poses) - though you are welcome to bring a mat for seated poses & the final relax.
𝙄𝙉 𝘾𝘼𝙎𝙀 𝙊𝙁 𝙍𝘼𝙄𝙉 - If its a very light drizzle, I believe we can still practise yoga ! In the case of rain, I can book a room at short notice (& subject to availability) at the usual place (Yoga Republic or Thames School) but then I would have to charge 40-50zl a person. I will announce this here on the day, so please check in before leaving home 🙏
