To przestrzeń do odkrywania, wymiany spostrzeżeń i budowania nowych znajomości z ludźmi, którzy cenią nieoczywiste smaki i autentyczne doświadczenia.
Trzecia edycja „Wild & Mineral” odkrywa wina Jury – niewielkiego regionu we wschodniej Francji, w którym rodzą się eteryczne czerwienie z Poulsard i Trousseau, słynne vin jaune dojrzewające pod delikatną warstwą drożdży oraz kunsztowne Crémant du Jura. To wina o śmiałym charakterze i intensywnej mineralności, tworzone w tradycyjny sposób, z poszanowaniem unikalnego terroir i klimatu.
Wieczór poprowadzi Przemek Morawski z Vininova, dzieląc się opowieściami o regionie, jego historii i niezwykłych smakach.
Dopełnieniem degustacji będzie specjalnie komponowane menu przekąsek kuchni Nobu, które podkreśli unikalny charakter serwowanych win.

WINE RITUALS AT SAKEBAR BY NOBU: Wild & Mineral edition
Nobu Wine Rituals is a recurring event for those who seek to explore wine from different perspectives, expand their knowledge, and—most importantly—experience it in exceptional company. It’s a space for discovery, exchanging insights, and building new connections with like-minded individuals who appreciate unconventional flavors and authentic experiences.
The third edition, "Wild & Mineral", explores the wines of Jura—a small region in eastern France known for its distinctive character. Here, delicate reds from Poulsard and Trousseau are crafted alongside the renowned vin jaune, matured slowly under a fine veil of yeast, and the elegant Crémant du Jura. These are wines of bold personality and striking minerality, made with traditional methods and a deep respect for the region’s singular terroir and cool climate.
The evening will be hosted by Przemek Morawski from Vininova, who will share stories about the region, its heritage, and its remarkable tastes.
To complement the tasting, a specially curated selection of Nobu signature bites will elevate the distinct character of the wines.
