13th Edition of the Largest Indie Game Development Competition in Poland and CEE!
As every year, the Pixel Awards Europe 2025 — an international competition for the best independent games — will be held during the Pixel Heaven Forward 2025 Games & Pop Culture Festival.
Any game released after June 9, 2024, is eligible for submission. Games that have not yet premiered are also welcome — demo and prototype versions are accepted.
Titles selected by the Jury during the qualification phase will be showcased in the Indie Basement exhibition zone. The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, June 7 at 7:00 PM on the Festival’s Main Stage at Kino Elektronik.
Winners will receive prizes awarded by the Jury, as well as by partners and sponsors of Pixel Heaven Games & Pop Culture Festival 2025. The official awards ceremony will take place at 7:00 PM on June 7 at Kino Elektronik. The Festival itself will run from June 6–8.
PLEASE NOTE:
Games nominated as finalists by the Jury will receive a complimentary 4 sqm exhibition space — equipped with a table, two chairs, power outlet, Wi-Fi access, and a full PC setup (main unit, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and gamepad) — as well as full Festival passes.
If your game makes it to the finals, make sure it can be presented on site! It may be showcased by your team, representatives, or local partners.
This is a unique opportunity to present your game to Festival attendees, including professionals from the game development industry — gain invaluable feedback, build new relationships, and take your project to the next level!
