🌾We are approaching the last part of the summer… so let's celebrate Lughnasadh/Lammas together in a Dancing in Flow style!
💃 Open level (basic knowledge of FCBD® Style steps is recommended).
Dancing in Flow is not like regular classes, we don’t discuss technique or steps. It's a meditative flow where we follow the teacher throughout, dancing to both slow and fast songs, immersing ourselves in the music and the movement of our bodies. It is a unique and grounding experience that helps us feel more centered and confident. We will have short breaks during the flow, but feel free to rest at any time if needed.

Sabrina is a member of The Siren Society – Fat Chance Belly Dance® Style, the oldest FCBD® group in Warsaw. With 12 years of dance experience, six of them in FCBD®, she has studied with the most renowned and amazing teachers from Warsaw and around the world.
