This event celebrates the incredible women and girls in our club - our athletes, volunteers and administrators - so we’re encouraging everyone to add a touch of sparkle to their kit ✨ (Need inspo? Check out last year’s photos on our Facebook page or website!)
As a club, we’re proud to support the #ChangeOurGame and #ThisGirlCan message - empowering women and girls in sport through our actions and at every event.
This event is also a charity fundraiser for a local women’s organisation, with 50% of entry fees donated 💛

Choose your distance:
⭐ Super Distance: 750m swim | 24km ride | 6.6km run
💰 $50 individual / $75 team / Members free
⭐ Sprint Distance: 500m swim | 16km ride | 4.4km run
💰 $40 individual / $60 team / Members free
⭐ Short Course (Non-Competitive): 250m swim | 8km ride | 2.2km run
💰 $15 individual / $25 team / Members free

JUNIOR EVENTS
Let the kids join the fun! Junior events are all about participation and confidence building.
Events:
⭐ Under 7’s Tri Taster – Gold coin entry on the day
⭐ 7–9 years – $5 members / $10 non-members
⭐ 10–12 years – $5 members / $10 non-members
Swim, ride and run distances are tailored to each age group, so everyone can get involved safely and confidently.
💡 Bonus Tip: Kids’ memberships are FREE! Sign them up before event day and save on entry fees.
